Our office is collaborative. We focus on client service and value colleagues willing to take on complex (and sometimes not glamorous) problems as part of a team. Above all, we value excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to use technology efficiently. Team members hail from other counties and time zones, so most internal meetings are virtual, either in-full or in-part. Our team-based approach needs good communicators who can be effective in person, on the phone, and in writing, with a wide variety of people.
Social enterprise is part of our culture. A willingness to innovate in the delivery of legal services is essential. Catalyst Law maintains close ties with our non-profit affiliate, The Commons Law Center, a legal services firm founded by Catalyst members in 2016.
We offer competitive compensation for all positions, benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan with ESG investment opportunities, generous paid holidays, paid time off, paid sick leave, and a flexible work environment.
