Our Legal Assistant, based in King City with one or two-days per week in the Pearl District office, serves as a primary point of contact for current and returning clients. This position would be a great fit if interacting with people is comfortable and enjoyable for you. In this role, you work to provide a seamless and efficient experience for our clients by coordinating with the production team to meet and exceed client expectations. This position requires attention to detail and absolute devotion to accurate and timely information gathering, document production, and project management. Our small and collaborative team works hard for our clients and finds joy working with each other and developing rapport with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
In this hybrid role, you will join a growing team of three experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegals to support three attorneys on a wide variety of matters, including estate planning, probate, trust administration, and protective proceedings. Candidates with additional experience in business and/or nonprofit law will be given preference.
Based in the Portland-Metro area, where you would split time between the King City and Pearl District offices, or the small town of La Grande, Oregon, you will succeed in this role if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, whether working from home or in the office.
