Mary Dougherty brings to Catalyst Law more than 15-years statewide experience as a tax attorney focused in the areas of estate planning and administration, business, and nonprofit law. With more than a dozen years in private practice, Mary began her career as a Clerk for the Oregon Tax Court and continues to dedicate herself to volunteering and public service.
A past-president of the Queen’s Bench Chapter, Mary currently serves on the OWLS Board, the Member Advancement Committee, and the Transformation Committee. She is a coordinator of OWLS Annual Chapter Summit and OWLS Online, a member of the OSU Foundation Women’s Giving Circle Steering Committee, a member of the OSB Taxation Section Executive Committee, and a founding member of the Rotary Club of Portland New Generations.
Mary is a graduate of Oregon State University, Cum Laude, and Pacific-McGeorge School of Law, Taxation Certificate.
Outside the office, Mary may be found knitting, gardening, and following Beaver baseball and football in Corvallis.
