Catalyst seeks an exceptional litigation attorney with expertise in complex commercial and business disputes to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have some clients of his or her own and be willing to help build a robust litigation practice, with support from the Firm. Seven or more years of experience required; candidates with additional expertise in business, employment, real estate, and/or trusts & estates will be given preference.

Active Oregon bar license, or eligibility for reciprocity, required. California and Washington State bar licenses a plus.
Client Services Assistant
Catalyst seek an exceptional and charismatic addition to our team to support our clients as well as our collaborative and progressive group of attorneys. This client services role means you’ll be the firm’s friendly voice on the other end of the phone and proactively respond to clients’ needs including answering and directing telephone calls, welcoming guests to the office via an electronic intercom, scheduling, sending new client welcome packages, entering data in the firm CRM, ensuring timely delivery of incoming and outgoing mail, and generally pointing people in the right direction.
This client-facing position requires emotional intelligence in order to cultivate relationships and interact with a wide array of people. This position also assists in ensuring streamlined firm operations to deliver consistent and exceptional customer service.
An extrovert with a great sense of humor, attention to detail, warm and friendly personality, and mature interpersonal skills will do well as a member of our team. Above all, we value excellence.
