An attorney with experience as a transactional lawyer in private practice and as in-house legal counsel at a global asset management firm, Ezra’s practice focuses on advising businesses with their corporate legal matters, transactions, and securities issues.
Previously, Ezra worked for a large investment company where he advised business partners on a variety of regulatory and compliance issues as well as providing legal counsel for its venture investments. He has also worked in the legal group of a New York based family office. Prior to that, he was an associate at the law firm of Vedder Price P.C., where Ezra advised clients on airplane finance transactions.
Ezra is a graduate of Fordham Law School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Kenyon College and a Master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, where he focused on the political and security issues of South Asia.
He enjoys spending time with his twin daughters, reading short stories, hiking and camping. A relocated New Yorker, Ezra still loves watching the Yankees.
