From business breakups to employment matters, regulatory entanglements, fiduciary litigation, wrongful death and other serious injury cases, David has represented companies and individuals in mission-critical legal disputes at the local, state and national levels. His client list includes some of the finest companies in the world and he has also represented individuals and families in “David v. Goliath” plaintiff’s litigation. David most enjoys the challenge of learning difficult or technical concepts from industry leaders and subject matter experts, and then digesting the information and translating it for consumption by judges and juries.
“I have had the great privilege of working side-by-side with many of the best lawyers in Portland and some of the best lawyers in the country for many years. I am deeply grateful for the experience and the mentoring I have received, as it has made me confident and prepared to handle litigation, business consulting, and government/regulatory affairs matters at the highest levels.”
David graduated from University of Oregon School of Law and received his B.A. from the University of Oregon with a major in Political Science. David is licensed to practice law in Oregon.
Outside the office, David enjoys an active lifestyle. He walks or rides his bicycle to work every day. He runs the trails in Forest Park, has run every leg of the Hood to Coast Relay, and enjoys golf, tennis, swimming, and paddling. He took to heart his grandfather’s advice to “just keep your body moving.”
